TURKEY BEAN SOUP

This is a flavorful soup using ground turkey though you most certainly can substitute with ground beef. Every time I make a batch of this soup, I kick myself for not making it sooner. The recipe is excellent with rice or artisan bread. I always freeze half of the batch too because it is plenty of soup.
