Welcome to Under the Persimmon Tree, a backyard garden space in Bridgewater Subdivision, Holly Springs, NC. Serving our neighborhood with produce grown using organic practices while connecting with our neighbors, and maintaining strong relationships in our community. Inspired by the love of Guam food, and the South Wake Storm Navy softball girls of high school graduating classes 2022 to 2024, and 2030.

CURRENTLY HARVESTING the items below that have a price. All produce grown with organic practices. Please reach out via Facebook messenger for orders, click here. We take Venmo or cash.

Basil - genovese. Use fresh, turn into pesto, or puree with olive oil to preserve for months.

$3.00 per bunch

 

 

 

Basil - thai. Delicious for cold basil iced tea.

$3.00 per bunch

 

Onions - white, red, yellow. White onions may be stored at room temperature in a cool, dark place for 3 to 4 months. Yellow and red onions are available for sale, but must be kept in the refrigerator as they are still curing.

$2.00 per pound

 

 

 

 

 

Coming later in the summer: tomatoes, sweet peppers, green onions.
