NAN CHONG'S CHAMORRO BUTTER COOKIES

Nan Chong's cookies are Chamorro butter cookies. You must make these cookies to dip in your coffee -- it's an out-of-this-world treat. The recipe in the cookbook makes about 112 pieces when shaped like the picture above.

Bake the cookies to a light brown or a dark brown to enjoy a slightly different flavor.
