DENNY'S RESTAURANT
December 2013
Denny's is a good family-style restaurant......and I knew I could get me some fish! I only ate at Denny's once this trip, but the mahi mahi breakfast was super delicious! It was more delish than even a mahi mahi meal I had that was nearly twice as expensive.
My dad had a sandwich -- of all things -- but you see, he eats fish all the time at home. My brother ordered a fish -- they prepared it head-and-all without the bones, open down the middle. I think it's a Filipino fish that starts with the letter "b." I love watching my brother Paul eat fish because it reminds me of life growing up in a fisherman's family.
The mahi mahi at Denny's was super tender and perfectly seasoned. OMG, I so miss eating fish and rice for breakfast. I wish there was more fish to this plate though.
