Nan Chong's cookies are Chamorro butter cookies. You must make these cookies to dip in your coffee...it is an out-of-this-world treat! The recipe in the cookbooks makes about 112 pieces when shaped like the picture above.

Bake the cookies to a light brown or a dark brown, imparting a slightly different flavor when cooked to a darker color.
