The recipe in A Taste of Guam is from my friend Nancy. It is an excellent recipe you can bake to delicious crumbliness or keep it thick and soft. The best thing about this recipe is that you roll the dough directly onto the cookie sheet, cut your shape with cookie cutters, remove the excess dough, and finally sprinkle your decor. Simple. Easy. Delish!
