SANDIES
Pin It
I first had these on Guam from my anatomy teacher, Mr. John Sanchez. I loved it. I improved a recipe I found in a library book in Germany. A Taste of Guam uses walnuts instead of pecans, but you may certainly use pecans if you prefer. The key to baking good sandies is not to bake them too long. The bottoms of the cookies should barely be brown.
from a fan: "They were good and very easy to make. I love your recipes because they require very few ingredients, is easy to make, and they're delicious!"
