FUN with FOOD and "FOTOS"

I am thrilled to have completed A TASTE OF GUAM and REMEMBER GUAM.  In early 2006, both were only figments of my imagination.  Today, they are two very real books that allow me to share and preserve Guam's food with the world! My husband, Sonny, was so helpful in taking the pictures and editing the videos over the last three years.  I have already learned to download and post videos!  Now, I am making it a point to be able to take, process, and publish the pictures myself.  I am in the kitchen all hours of the day and love the fact that I will be able to take some good still pics.

I'll be cooking up a storm again using the recipes in both books so that I have "subjects" for my photography lessons.  On some days, I'll just be playing around with my "tools of the trade." 

Let me tantalize you into making the dishes yourself.  YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY enjoy the food!
