Red Rice, Chicken, and Fina'denne'

A TASTE OF GUAM: the Chamorro bbq marinade was used on the chicken. However, instead of cooked over a grill, the chicken was BAKED at 350 degrees for 1 hr. 20 min. Baking gives this marinated chicken a deliciously different taste and texture compared to the bbq version.
