Chocolate Chip Cookies

A TASTE OF GUAM: this recipe used MOLASSES instead of corn syrup. Molasses is what gives the cookies a darker color....not to mention a wonderfully different taste and texture compared to regular chocolate chip cookies. I made a large round cookie then used cookie cutters to cut shapes out. This gave me a really nice, thick treat! If you like your cookies on the thinner side, just use a cookie dough scooper (tiny ice-cream scooper) baking 1 scoop per cookie.
